**UPDATED PRODUCTION INFORMATION AS OF 4/1/24**
3 units Dippin Dots Freezer Rack Floor Display Samples

Upon receipt and assembly of original sample units (3600P), the samples did not function correctly. Samples needed engineering modifications to function better. Sample modifications were communicated to Dylan on 3/29/24 and ordered via 3600P-2 on 4/1/24. Modified parts are everything except the baskets & shelves. Modified parts to be sent to iSEE for assembly and approval before shipping to customer. 

Timline as of 4/1/24.
--4/1/24: 3600P-2 to Dylan for production of modified parts
--4/17/24: Modified parts completed
--4/23/24: Modified parts delivered
--4/25/24: Modified parts approved & shipped to customer (most likely overnight)
--4/26/24: Unit approved by customer for full production (SO#8309)

**ORIGINAL PRODUCTION INFORMATION AS OF ORDER ENTRY DATE 1/24/24**
3 Prototype Units of Dippin Dots Freezer Rack Floor Display
3/8/24: Due to engineering & production delays, 1 unit will ship directly to the customer BEFORE iSEE's approval to make it to the customer's trade show. The other 2 units will ship to Daniel/iSEE as planned for approval and then re-ship to the customer. 1 of the 2 units going to iSEE will be missing 1 each plate as they are being shipped 3 days earlier to asist with engineering approval faster. 

Each Prototype unit should include the following racking elements:
-1 Primary Rack ( including 2 shelves)
-1 Set of 4 Plates
 -2 Side Racks
-NO artwork
Price includes estimate to airfreight.  iSee will  need to requote airfreight closer to date prototype units ship date.

TENTATIVE TIMELINE
2/8/24: Engineering Files from Dylan (DONE, provided 1/30/24)
2/16/24: PO to Dylan (PO was not sent to Dylan until 2/22/24 as engineering was not approved until then)
2/28/24 or 2/29/24: Samples shipping from China (UPDATED 3/10-3/11 ready Date)
3/5/24 or 3/6/24: Samples arrival to iSEE Office (UPDATED 3/14-3/18 arrival date)
3/11/24: Ship approved samples to customer (UPDATED RSD to 3/22 as not sure how long Steve & Vikas need to review and approve samples for shipping)

-Outbound shipment includes all 3 units as the original 1 unit shipped was returned to iSEE. All 3 units going to the same location as original 1 unit. Only showing 2 shipments in QuickBase for simplicity since the 1st unit tehnically 'shipped" per the system already.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
