Melissa L said she will work with Nicholas to schedule a carrier that can make sure these are delivered on 1/9. 

Hargrove & Switch will receive shipments at the facility beginning January 9, 2025. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. If required, please provide your carrier with the following phone #:615-401-1400. 

Shipping/Onsite Deliveries
Music City Center requires that all vehicles must have a Dock Access Pass completed and signed by an authorized representative of the general contractor to enter the dock area.

The general contractor must check in all Over the Road (OTR), personally owned vehicles (POV), and exhibitor vehicles at their designated marshalling area.

General contractors are to use the dock bay(s) that have been assigned for their event only through the contracted period.

Do not park in or use bays that have not been designated for your usage. Any personal vehicles parked in loading docks will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Dock space is limited; please make vendors aware that retention times could be longer than expected.

Any vendors you have delivering goods to show site will need to first go to Lot N marshalling yard for the convention center. From there they will be directed to the dock where they will unload as they are needed on site. Please note, all vehicles delivering to the Convention Center must report to Lot N marshalling yard. This includes privately owned vehicles who choose to unload their own materials. No vehicle will be allowed to the dock area without a pass

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
