NOTES FROM DANIEL:
*Told client that if they can have all order info to us by 12/20, we can get them the units by late March/early April.
Leaving 2/25 as requested ship date in hopes Frank can have these done and sailing prior to CNY but client is aware of above timeline (due to this, jess is putting shipping date goal as 2/25, but RSD as 3/31)

*Frank will need to color match.  We will send Frank a signed header card from the client and this is what he should use for color matching during production.  Frank should run a print check and compare it to to the header we send him for color matching purposes and send pics to OPS for approval prior to proceeding with production. Frank should make sure he is hitting the colors in the header we send him on all production units.  
 

*These units will require Frank to apply Beacons to the units. See "Where to apply beacons..." attachment: https://app.hubspot.com/file-preview/22821650/file/183778268462/
 Daniel ordered beacons on 12/11 and is having them sent to Frank.  

*Need to include instruction sheets in box with the units.

*Customer requires a digital packout for approval prior to these leaving China.  As soon as Frank produces a unit, please have him take pictures and send to Daniel so he can get approval from Mal asap.  
   

Box will need the following verbiage on all 6 sides:

GALLO POS – TEN BALL 2025 EQUITY PVC BIN – 25-6179511-TBL-960-110094622

The units should be packed 1 unit per box so no outer boxes are needed.
Ship LTL on iSEE account.
Shipping cost cannot allot 30% of order total

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
