NOTES FROM DANIEL:
-Need to make sure Frank can have these sailing prior to CNY as customer has 3/15/2025 as the deliver by date on the PO. 

-Frank will need to color match.  He should use the Beach Juice color proof we sent him to make sure he is hitting those colors on the production units.  color proofing began prior to the order being entered. Proofs have been shipped to Frank under 1Z04E3R70420126426. Frank should run a print check and compare it to the proof and send pics to OPS for approval prior to proceeding with production. Frank should make sure he is hitting the colors in the proof we send him on all production units.  
 
-Customer requires a digital packout for approval prior to these leaving China.  As soon as Frank produces a unit, please have him take pictures and send to Daniel so he can get approval from Mal asap.  

-These units will require Frank to apply Beacons to the units. See "Where to apply beacons...": https://app.hubspot.com/file-preview/22821650/file/183750171943/
ordered beacons on 12/10 and is having them sent to Frank.  

-Need to include instruction sheets in box with the units.  

I-f some units end up going to Bish, we will need to fill out the "Bish Whse ASN..." doc in misc deals files section 
when those units ship out and send to Maleigha.White@ejgallo.com and     jeff.fox@bishdisplay.com when they ship.

Per TJ, "I updated the mandatory line on the inside of the walls per the most recent email from the customer, I didn't even realize it was there. Make sure this get's called out when this goes to print."

The units should be packed 1 unit per box so no outer boxes are needed.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
