NOTES FROM DANIEL: 
I put 11/13 as the close date in here in hopes that we can make that happen (I realize this is quicker than standard lead times).  I had originally told Gallo that lead time to get them 1,200 units was 4 weeks (i.e. we could have them shipping out within 3 and then 1 week built in for transit time) but they forgot these were in packs of 2 so they actually need 2,400 units.  

I have notes out to Mal to verify the following:

Does just the order amount (i.e. the $70,800) need to be invoiced by 12/15?

And if so, could we then invoice for the freight after 12/15 (Mal has a note that "Freight charges can be added as separate invoice if needed")?

is there a date the freight charges need to be submitted by for 2024 budget purposes?

Should the deliver by date on the PO be 12/27 rather than 12/7 (I believe the 12/7 was a typo on their part but I am verifying)

These units should be screen-printed and have graphic inserts.  Both the screen-print and inserts are re-runs from SO#8846

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
