**SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN DB, SB, AQS DUE TO TIMING OF ORDER***
Entering the order upon receipt of  initial PO with unit price listed at 50% of the current sales price ($98.62 of $197.25) prior to 3/28/24 modifications. Production of non-modified parts (baskets & shelves) will start immediately. As soon as iSee has confirmed updated sales price based on the modifications & approval of modified samples, Dippin Dots will update the PO or send a 2nd PO to cover the additional cost and iSEE will finish production accordingly......Update PO for 500 units at $215/each provided on 4/10/24 and updated in Base on 4/11/24....2nd & FINALIZED Updated PO for 500 units at $193.70/each provided on 4/23/24 and added on 4/24/24 to reflect no artwork needed.

**INBOUND SHIPPING
1x40ft HQ + 1x20ft Container via TQL to MPIO
18 units per pallet with Box 2 on top for easy access at DD factory
**MPIO will need to rework 20ft container from 14 units per pallet to 18 units per pallet**

OUTBOUND SHIPPING
All 28 pallets transfered to truck(s). If we can load as 36x47in, we can get all 28 in one truck. ECHO estimated $4,000 for the truck. Pallets are 4-way entry, so we think this is possible. 
If not, we will need 1x53ft dry van + a partial truck. 

CHARGE TO CUSTOMER
Daniel has quoted the customer $6,900 for shipping but will confirm closer to ship date. 
Unless truck prices jump, shipping cost should drop under $6,900 if we can fit everything in 1 truck as $6,900 is based off 2 trucks.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
