GOOD UNITS 
-Inspect all Clear & Chrome boxes for poor printing/box deficincies. Set aside "bad" boxes for Blake to inspect 
-For good boxes, open from the bottom and remove the 1 alcohol swab. Insert 2 alcohol swabs provided by iSEE. 
-For full outer cases of good boxes, cross out the "12 units" and write "24 units".
*Blake has indicated all these good units. 

ADDITIONAL SALVAGED GOOD UNITS
Blake has indicated that there are a few aditional good units. 
-8 units Clear
-12 units Chrome
-These already have alcohol swabs in them. 
*Blake has advised where these are. Please set them to the side and we will ship them in a new order at a later date once we have Amazon's paperwork (SO#5483)

BAD UNITS
-88 units Clear (might be less if Blake took a few home)
-60 units Chrome (might be less if Blake took a few home)
*Blake has indicated where these are. Please HOLD them until we advise further. You're welcome to put these upstairs or in the sample room so that they do not get mixed with the good. 

INVOICING
-Please provide 2 Invoices for this order. 
   1.) Invoice for order shipping to Amazon
   2.) Rework of the inspection, alcohol swabs, and updating of cases from 12 units to 24 units. 
-We are going to provide Frank with Invoice #2 so that we can resolve the quality issues with him. 
-PLEASE SEND INVOICES ASAP TO ALEAH/BARB/BLAKE SO THAT WE CAN RESOLVE WITH FRANK.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
